There is parking available at the large office building across from our escape room.

We have different start times for our escape room, namely at 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, 8pm, and 10pm.

To ensure that the escape room can start on time, we kindly request you to be present 15 minutes before the start time. This way, we have enough time to prepare everything and give the necessary instructions before the group begins the escape room.

If you should happen to be late, this may have consequences for the available playing time. To ensure that the next group can start on time, it is not possible to change the start time. Therefore, we advise you to arrive well in advance.

When participating in an escape room as a pregnant woman, it is possible that there may be moments of fright. If desired, these moments can be omitted. However, it is important to inform the game master of this in advance.

Our escape room is not specifically designed to be scary. However, what is considered "scary" can vary from person to person. Our escape room does not have actors and there are no bloody scenes. However, it is possible that some elements of the game may cause a jump scare.

Children from 12 years old are welcome in our escape room, but they must be accompanied by an adult. From 16 years old, they can participate in the game independently. This is due to the presence of puzzles and other elements in the escape room.

Please note: unaccompanied children are not allowed.

An escape room is an interactive game where players have to solve various puzzles and riddles to escape from a room or space within a certain time limit, usually 60 minutes. The goal is to work together as a team and solve the hidden clues and puzzles to find the exit before time runs out. There are also escape rooms that last longer, such as 70 minutes or even up to 3 hours. It is a challenging and exciting activity suitable for groups of friends, families, and corporate outings.

The duration of our escape room is approximately 60 minutes. If the group arrives on time, it is possible to continue playing afterwards. However, please note that there is a limit to this.

Yes, it is possible to use a BEFEB voucher as a means of payment at our escape room. All you need to do is bring the voucher and give it to our staff.

If your BEFEB voucher is about to expire, we advise you to contact us. Instead of letting the voucher expire, you can exchange it for a gift voucher. That way, you can still come and enjoy an exciting escape room experience with us at a later date.

If your gift voucher has expired, unfortunately it is no longer possible to redeem it. As stated on the gift voucher itself and on our website, gift vouchers are valid for only one year from the date of issue. We therefore advise you to keep track of the validity period of the gift voucher and redeem it in due time.
