- Booking can be done on location or online. A reservation is only final once it has been confirmed electronically.

- The maximum number of people per time slot is 6. If you wish to participate with more than 6 people, you will need to book multiple time slots.

- Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the start. Within 48 hours, free cancellation is no longer possible and we will charge a fixed amount of €25.

- Cancellation can only be done via messenger or by phone.

- The game lasts a maximum of 60 minutes (unless the game operator indicates otherwise). You must be present at the location at least 15 minutes in advance.

- The recommended age is 16 years, due to certain scary items. Children from the age of 12 are allowed, but they must be accompanied by an adult. This adult is fully responsible for the child in question.

- We do not accept any liability for damages resulting from death, injury, accidents, harm, loss or theft, caused to or by the individuals during or as a result of the escape room. This also includes indirect damages, such as consequential damages, lost profits, missed savings, and damages due to business interruption.

- By accepting these terms and conditions, you authorize the organization to refuse individuals based on age, epilepsy, pregnancy, apparent alcohol or drug intoxication.

- Payment on location is cash only.

- By entering the escape room, you agree that you will be filmed during the game and debriefing. This is for the safety of individuals and/or the operator.

- Actions and/or discounts cannot be combined, the highest discount applies.

- Gift vouchers are valid for a maximum of one year from the date of issue.
