Before you book

Children aged 12 and over are welcome in our escape room but must be accompanied by an adult. From age 16 onwards, they can participate independently in the game. This is due to the presence of puzzles and other elements in the escape room. As a parent, you are the best judge of whether your child is ready for an escape room experience.

Note: only children without supervision are not allowed.

Our escape room is typically guided in Dutch. Would you like to play the game in English? Then please contact us before your reservation. We will review the options together, depending on the availability of our game hosts.


Our escape room is designed so that both beginners and experienced players enjoy the game. No prior experience is necessary. The game features challenging puzzles, but our gamemaster monitors you and can provide extra hints if desired. This keeps it exciting, yet achievable for every group.

You can play the escape room with 2 to 6 people. For the best experience, we recommend coming with at least 3 or 4 players. Are you coming with a larger group? Then you can play multiple rounds in succession, feel free to contact us to coordinate this together.

Our escape room includes light physical elements and some effects. Pregnant or injured? Participation is often possible, but it's good to check beforehand whether this suits you. All information about accessibility and special warnings can be found on the room page.

Bookings & changes

Booking can easily be made through our online schedule. Choose a date and time and fill in your details. You will then receive an immediate confirmation by email.

Yes, after making your reservation, you will receive an immediate confirmation email with all the details of your booking. Have you not received anything after a few minutes? Then check your spam or junk folder, especially with Hotmail and Yahoo addresses. If the email is not there either, please contact us.

You can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before. After that, we charge €50 cancellation fee. Can't make it yourself? Of course, you can also pass on your booking to friends or family. All details can be found in our terms and conditions.

No problem, the rest of the group can just play. The minimum number of players is 2 persons, so as long as you are above that, the game can go ahead. Cannot come with enough players at all? Then our cancellation policy applies.

No, you always need a reservation to be able to play. Simply book via our online schedule.

During your visit

The game itself lasts a maximum of 60 minutes. Additionally, allow for about 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after for explanation and debriefing. In total, you'll be with us for approximately one and a half hours.

Don't worry! Our game master is closely monitoring your adventure. If you get stuck, he or she can provide a hint so you can carry on. This way, the game remains fun, exciting, and achievable for everyone.

No, phones and other personal items are not allowed into the room. You can safely leave them in the lockers at the reception area. This keeps the game exciting and ensures the experience remains unique for everyone.

Your safety always comes first. The door is locked during the game but can be opened immediately in an emergency using the emergency buttons next to the door. The rooms are equipped with emergency exits and comply with fire safety regulations.

Yes. Our gamemaster keeps an eye on you all the time and provides tips or hints where necessary. This way, the game remains challenging, but you'll always be able to progress if you get stuck.

Practical & location

You can park your car directly opposite the escape room, at the vacant commercial building.

Yes, our location is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest station/bus stop is within walking distance. You can find the exact route and tips for your journey on our contact page.

Our escape room is not accessible for wheelchair users. Participating with a walker is possible. More information about accessibility can be found on the room page.

Yes, in our reception area lockers are available where you can safely store your personal belongings during the game. Please note, however, that large handbags or backpacks do not always fit in the lockers. Therefore, it is preferable to leave them at home or in the car.

Eating is not possible with us, but after the game you can have a drink in our reception area. For a snack, you can visit our restaurant recommendations.

Payment & gift cards

You can pay with cash, Payconiq, our own gift vouchers, BEFEB vouchers and gift vouchers from Stad Geel. Paying by Bancontact or credit card is not possible.

You can easily order a gift card through our online page. You will always receive a physical gift card, which you can collect from us or have sent by mail.

Our gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The expiration date is always clearly indicated on the card.
Please note: there are currently additional conditions. See below.

Buy a new gift card

Due to our temporary closure, new gift cards will temporarily always be issued with an expiration date of 31 December 2027.
This applies only to gift cards sold before or during our closure.

For gift cards already in circulation, two situations apply

1. Expiration date after 30 June 2026

These gift cards are extended due to our temporary closure until a maximum of 31 December 2027, regardless of their original expiration date.

Examples:

  • Expiration date 1 July 2026 → valid until 31 December 2027
  • Expiration date 5 May 2027 → valid until 31 December 2027

2. Expiration date before or including 30 June 2026

These gift cards will not be extended and will expire as indicated on the card.

Yes, you can pay with our own gift cards, BEFEB vouchers and gift cards from City of Geel. Don't forget to bring your physical receipt on the day of your visit, as we cannot process digital codes.

Yes, that is possible. When making your reservation, indicate that you would like an invoice and provide the necessary details (company name, address, and VAT number). We will send you the invoice by email after your visit. Requesting an invoice afterwards is unfortunately no longer possible.

Groups & companies

Our escape room is suitable for 2 to 6 people per game. Coming with a larger team? Then you can play multiple rounds in a row. While one group is playing, the rest can have a drink or do an activity nearby.

Yes, we regularly receive companies for team building. We are happy to think along about a suitable program around the game, possibly in combination with our restaurant recommendations. Feel free to contact us to discuss the possibilities.

Yes, that's possible. For larger groups or corporate events, we are happy to develop a customised programme. Feel free to get in touch to discuss the possibilities.

We do not offer a formal “exclusive booking” arrangement. However, you can of course reserve multiple time slots for your team, meaning the escape room will only be played by your group that day. Our reception area, however, is not large enough to host an entire company all day.
